Rambler Sparkling Water is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our growing business. This role will represent the Riptide Waters, LLC to our wholesalers, brokers, and all retailers in our Dallas territory. The role will be centered around coordinating business operations, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administrative processes, engaging with vendors, and developing employees. This person will be pivotal in the growth our Rambler Sparkling Water business by providing leadership and creating new relationships.

We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator to both internal and external teams. Must be goal-oriented, persistent and passionate about growing and maintaining business relationships.

  • Lead the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of all sales initiatives in assigned territory.
  • Manage local distributor market meetings and any/all route to market relationships.
  • Implement our sales strategies to achieve customer awareness and reach territory sales goals.
  • Oversee and evaluate current market research & market conditions.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and help set territory volume goals accordingly with the President.
  • Work with the National Accounts Director to maximize On/Off Premise chain relationships and results.
  • Produce sales activity recaps for assigned territory at regular intervals.
  • Monitor and manage inventory at distributor to ensure timely sell-through of our product.
  • Present and implement our annual business planning with wholesaler partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant major preferred.
  • 5 years in CPG sales, or sales support experience that includes wholesaler management. 
  • Experience in business plan development, budget management, presentations, and execution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products including PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience leading and/or supervising a team.
  • Versatile flexible, self-motivated and willing to work independently. 
  • Innovative, solution-oriented mindset with ability to multi-task and change gears seamlessly.
  • Ability for consistent travel within assigned territory, with ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication, active listening skills and strong negotiation skills.

Rambler was founded by a couple friends in Austin, Texas who realized they might not be the only ones who felt like the sparkling water products on the shelves weren’t doing much for them. Turns out they were onto something, and Rambler was born. Now, Rambler is behind the bar at many of our favorite restaurants and on the shelves at our local grocers.
