Rambler Sparkling Water is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Operations Coordinator to help support the day-to-day needs of our growing business. This role is the first point of contact for all guests and a resource for our staff. They will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, making sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently. This role will support our COO with managing budgets, reconciling invoices and scheduling shipments. The ideal candidate has excellent typing skills, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and has a working knowledge of Quickbooks. This role will be headquartered in our Austin office.
The ideal candidate is service-oriented and flexible, a great communicator, a team player, and a problem solver. We want someone with a high level of attention to detail who can multitask and prioritize their workload to best meet the needs of the team. Rambler was founded by a couple friends in Austin, Texas who realized they might not be the only ones who felt like the sparkling water products on the shelves weren’t doing much for them.
