The National Account Manager/Director will represent the Riptide Waters, LLC to assigned On-Premise chains, Off-Premise chains and with Online Retailers across the United States. The role will play a crucial role in the growth of our Rambler Sparkling Water business by developing our sales strategies and relationships.

  • Develop strategic business plans for assigned retailers; managing them from concept to execution.
  • Help identify new target accounts, and develop sales strategies and professional presentations.
  • Cultivate and maintain business relationships with key channel retailers.
  • Communicate thoroughly with internal stakeholders, including our team, wholesalers and brokers.
  • In depth understanding of our route to market options and pricing options for variety of customers.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of our staff at every level, from delivery to merchandising.
  • Achieve assigned sales volume targets and spend budgets in designated national accounts.
  • Meet expectations for company profitability while managing pricing at wholesaler and brokers.
  • Analyze competitive performance by monitoring overall market conditions and account activity to enhance market position and anticipate consumer needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant major preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of CPG sales, or sales support experience in National Accounts.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience using IRI, Nielsen, or other syndicated data.
  • Expert-level knowledge of MS Office products such as PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong financial acumen. Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing account trade budgets.
  • Versatile, flexible, self-motivated and willing to work independently. 
  • Innovative, solution-oriented mindset with ability to multi-task and change gears seamlessly.
  • Moderate to heavy travel throughout Texas and the surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication, active listening skills and strong negotiation skills.

Rambler was founded by a couple friends in Austin, Texas who realized they might not be the only ones who felt like the sparkling water products on the shelves weren’t doing much for them. Turns out they were onto something, and Rambler was born. Now, Rambler is behind the bar at many of our favorite restaurants and on the shelves at our local grocers.
